摘要
通过以我国31省市与八大综合经济区为研究单元,运用Theil指数,从省域与八大综合经济区的"二维视角"对2000-2015年我国区域物流发展差异进行了实证分析,结果表明:尽管新常态下我国区域物流趋于均衡发展,但区域差异仍然存在。各地应通过抓住政策优势,加快区域发展战略;多产业联动,推进物流合理化;引导物流企业升级转型,发展区域物流龙头企业;鼓励创新,以创新驱动行业发展等措施,推动新常态下区域物流的协调发展。
The study analyzes empirically the differences of regional logistics development in China from 2000 to 2015,by means of Theil index from the two-dimensional perspective of 31 provinces and eight integrated economic zones. The results show that although the development of regional logistics is balanced under the new normal,regional differences still exist. The government should grasp the policy advantages,speed up the regional development strategy; promote the industrial linkage and logistics rationalization; guide the logistics enterprises to upgrade the transformation and develop the leading enterprises of regional logistics; encourage innovation,promote the industry development by innovation-driven,so as to promote the coordinated development of regional logistics under the new normal.
