摘要
员工作为企业最主要的利益相关者、经济利益的创造者,其发展水平在一定程度上决定了企业的竞争优势。企业社会责任行为能够显著影响员工工作绩效,企业社会责任行为表现越好,企业的形象越好,员工的组织认同感就越高,最终提高员工的工作效率和工作质量。企业应在建立社会责任机制的同时,尊重员工的工作价值观,拓宽员工职业发展路径,激发员工的创新思维,从而提升企业的竞争力。
As the main stakeholders and the creator of economic interests,the development level of employees determines the enterprise's competitive advantage. Corporate social responsibility behavior can significantly affect job performance of employees. The better social responsibility behavior and the image of the enterprise,the higher organizational commitment of employees,eventually improve the work efficiency and quality. Enterprises should establish the mechanism of social responsibility,respect employees' work values,broaden the career development path,and stimulate the creative thinking,so as to improve the competitiveness.
