Comparison of Standardization of Countries under the Background of TPP and RCEP and the Inspiration to China

通过研究各国标准化机构对TPP、RCEP的态度和意见,结合各国标准化规划,深入挖掘其贸易协定相关考量,提出标准化工作在贸易协定背景中的作用。对于中国而言,标准化机构应积极在RCEP协定的实施过程中成为重要参与者,发挥标准化重要作用,将协定内容与标准化工作相结合。

Based on the study of attitude and opinions on TPP and RCEP of national standard bodies of several countries, combined with their standard plans, relative issues concerning the trade agreements are analyzed. The paper proposed the role of standardization in the background of the two trade agreements. For China, standardization bodies should be proactive and an important participant in implement- ing RCEP to play the significant role of standardization and integrate the contents of the agreement with China＇s standardization process.
