摘要
[目的]调查护理本科实习生的循证护理行为、态度和技能现状,为提高其循证护理实践效果提供参考。[方法]应用循证实践知信行问卷(EBPQ问卷)对5所大学的143名护理本科实习生进行网络问卷调查。[结果]护理本科实习生循证护理行为、态度和技能得分分别为(26.12±5.47)分、(24.31±4.03)分和(63.88±10.51)分;单个条目方面,对所查阅的文献进行严格评价的行为和科研能力较差;循证护理行为、态度和技能三者均呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]多数护理本科实习生对循证护理的认识较为积极并具备一定的循证护理技能,但护理本科实习生在实习过程中循证护理行为的频率偏低,建议管理者多结合临床案例举办关于循证护理的专题讲座,临床带教老师对实习生的循证护理行为多加引导和激发。
Objective: To investigate the status quo of evidence-based nursing behavior,attitudes and skills of nursing undergraduate interns,and to provide reference for improving the effect of undergraduate nursing students.Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 143 nursing undergraduate interns from 5 universities by evidence-based practice(EBPQ).Results:Evidence-based nursing behaviors,attitude and skills scores of nursing undergraduate interns were(26.12&#177;5.47),(24.31&#177;4.03)and(63.88&#177;10.51);For individual term,the evaluation and scientific research ability of the literature were strictly evaluated,and the evidence based nursing behaviors,attitude and skills were positively correlated with the three items(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusions:The majority of nursing undergraduate interns of evidence-based nursing was more active,and had certain evidence-based nursing skills,but evidence-based nursing behavior in practice in the course of the frequency was low,the management of nursing students were held on the recommendations of evidence-based nursing lectures combined with clinical cases,it suggested that nursing clinical teachers should guied and stimulate the evidence-based nursing behavior of interns.
