On the background of Gansu section of ancient silk road, the aim of this study is find a better way to combine the inheritance and innovation of tie dyed culture. Using modern technolo- gy method and market economic idea to explorer a mechanism to protect and develop traditional culture resource in theory. Provide a new perspective for the development of the cultural resources of Gansu.
