摘要 如何加强"双师双能型"教师队伍建设已成为地方本科高校向应用技术大学转型发展的关键问题和根本保障。然而"双师双能型"教师培养面临着参与度不高、实践成效不大、教学效果不凸显以及配套保障不到位等诸多困境。面对困境,探讨从外部环境、内在动力以及体制机制创新等方面寻求破解的出路。 How to strengthen the team construction of teaching staff with double qualifications and double skills is a key issue and fundamental guarantee for the local undergraduate universities and colleges to transform into universities of applied technology. However, the training of teaching staff with double qualifications and double skills is faced with many predicaments, including low participation, ineffective practice, non-significant teaching effect and lack of corresponding guaran- tees. In the face of these predicaments, we must seek the way out from the aspects of external en- vironment, internal motivation and innovation of systems and mechanisms.
