Campus Sexual Harassment and Coping Mechanisms of in American Universities

美国是世界上最早对大学校园性骚扰行为进行研究和防治的国家,目前已就校园性骚扰行为的内涵、界定与类型等问题形成了共识。在秉持"限制权力"、"保护弱者"与"制度为本"等理念的基础上,美国建立了一套包括"学校内部处理"、"行政力量救助"与"特殊司法判决"等措施在内的校园性骚扰行为应对机制。

The United States is the first country in the world to pay attention to the issue of sexual harassment in the university campus, and so far a consensus has been reached about the concept, features and types of campus sexual harassment. In dealing with the problems of campus sexual harassment by ＂vested rights＂ and ＂free border＂, the American society has currently formed a series of responsive mechanisms including ＂school internal processing＂, ＂the power of government assistance＂ and ＂special judicial decisions＂. These mechanisms provide us with a theoretical framework and practical strategies to refer to in preventing and resolving the problems of campus sexual harassment.
