摘要
在互联网高速发展的推动下,车货匹配平台应运而生。我国目前已出现一批整合型平台,但模式尚未成熟,虚假信息过多、资源散乱等问题依旧存在。通过对国内现有车货匹配平台进行分析比较,本文从车货匹配平台的组成部分、信任机制、监管机制和盈利模式等四方面提出几点创新性建议,将线下资源整合到平台中,对实现车货精准匹配、资源整合和提高行业效率有实际意义。
Driven by the development of Internet,car and goods matching platform has came into being. At present,there have been a number of integrated platforms in China,but there are still many problems,such as false information and scattered resources for the model is not yet mature. Based on the analysis and comparison of existing domestic car and goods matching platform,some innovative suggestions were proposed from four aspects of components, trust mechanism,supervision mechanism and profit model,offline resources were integrated in the platform,which has practical significance for car and goods precise matching,resources integration and industry efficiency improvement.
