摘要
随着国家军事力量的强大,对于国防工业项目的要求也越来越高,双轴伺服控制系统在国防项目中的应用也越来越广泛。在本设计中,实现了对于实时移动目标光斑的扫描和跟踪,且精度达到万分之一度。本系统采用精密机械轴承,有较高的速率精度及平稳性,能通过上位计算机指令实现控制。转台价格合理,DSP控制箱内部结构精简,抗干扰能力强,具有广阔的市场前景和应用价值。
The enhancement of our country 's military strength caused the higher requirement of defending industry project. And dual axis servo system has been used in defending industry more widely. In this system,two purposes are achieved firstly is the scanning and tracking of the target,and secondly is the precision of the system has reached to one hundred in a million. Precision mechanical bearings are used in this system with high velocity precision and stability,which can be controlled by host computer through sending message. The price of the axis is reasonable. The structure of the DSP control box is downsizing with anti-jamming capacity,which has broad market prospects and value.
