摘要
为分析传染病人性化护理的工作特点及评估要点,将50例传染病患者随机分为2组,每组25例。对照组接受常规护理,以此为基础,观察组接受人性化护理。结果:和对照组相比,观察组患者发生焦虑症概率较低,护理满意度较高,组间数据存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论:对于传染病患者,在治疗过程中做好人性化护理,积极总结护理特点并做好评估,可提升治疗效果,促进患者疾病转归,改善不良心理,值得进一步推广。
Fifty patients with infectious diseases were randomly divided into two groups（ n = 25） in order to analyze the characteristics and assessment points of humanistic care in infectious diseases. The control group received routine care,based on which the observation group received human care. Results showed that compared with the control group,the probability of anxiety was lower in the observation group and the nursing satisfaction was higher,and there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. It concludes that humanistic care in the course of treatment and summary of care features and assessment can improve the treatment effect and bad psychology,which is worthy of further promotion.
