摘要
弹性建筑涂料是以合成树脂乳液为主要原料,加入一定量的颜料与助剂调制而成。建筑物一般以水泥基为基材,而普通涂料易受施工和使用环境温度影响,所以常采用弹性涂料进行施工。在涂料选择时,应进行材料的力学性能测试,按JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》对可能影响弹性建筑涂料拉伸强度因素进行分析,并对测量的不确定度进行合理评定,以保证实验数据真实可靠。
The elastic architectural coating is made of synthetic resin emulsion as the main raw material,adding a certain amount of pigment and additives. Buildings are generally based on cement-based materials,and ordinary coatings are susceptible to construction and use of ambient temperature,so elastic coatings are often used for construction. In the choice of paint,the mechanical properties of the material should be tested according to JJF1059-1999 "measurement uncertainty assessment and representation",the factors may affect the elastic architectural coatings tensile strength were analyzed to ensure that the experimental data is true and reliable.
