The continuous development of industrialized society has put forward new requirements for mechanical manufacturing process. Traditional mechanical manufacturing technology and processing technology can not meet the actual demand,and will lead to a lot of waste of resources. In modern society with obvious global trend,the scale of machinery manufacturing and precision machining has become a key degree to measure the independent innovation and industrialized social development of a country. By analyzing the meaning and process characteristics of mechanical process risk control,the strategy of controlling the risk of machining process is put forward.
