摘要
大唐长春第二热电有限责任公司6台200 MW机组烟气脱硫均采用石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫技术,对其工艺而言,其核心装置为吸收塔。近期1、2号脱硫系统随机组运行相继投运,但却发生了吸收塔起泡溢流现象,并且产出的石膏颜色偏黑,石膏饼上黏附一层黑色物质,类似于粉煤灰颜色,严重影响了石膏品质。本文就吸收塔起泡溢流的原因及解决办法进行了分析及探讨。
The flue gas desulfurization of six 200 MW units of Datang Changchun No. 2 Thermal Power Co.,Ltd. adopts limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization technology,and its core device is absorption tower. Recently,No. 1 and No. 2desulfurization systems have been put into operation,but there occurs the phenomenon of foaming overflow,and the output of the gypsum is partial black with black material,which has seriously affected the quality of gypsum. In this paper,the causes and solutions of foaming overflow in absorption tower are analyzed.
