抓好营林工作十分必要,应从营林工作初期进行优化调整,实施合理有效的生产管理措施,把林业发展作为重要发展方向。从我国整体经济发展进程入手,保证营林生产管理的可行性,提升造林质量,使未来营林生产管理工作能持续并有效开展。
It is very necessary to grasp the work of silviculture. It should be optimized from the early stage of silviculture,implement reasonable and effective production management measures,and make the forestry development as the important development direction. It should ensure the feasibility of forest production management,enhance the quality of afforestation and make continuous and effective silviculture from the overall economic development process in China.
