摘要 鉴于可靠的有限元模型已经成为影响有限元计算结果精确度的关键因素,搭建出模态测试系统,采用锤击法对某高速受电弓进行模态试验,得到受电弓的固有频率、模态振型及阻尼比等参数。建立相同升弓高度的受电弓有限元模型,并由Ansys软件计算出其模态参数。通过对比试验与计算两种方法得出的频率值及对应的振型,校验有限元模型的准确性,为强度计算、疲劳计算及尺寸优化提供精确的有限元模型。 A reliable FE model has become the key factor that affects the accuracy of FE calculation results. In this paper, a modal test system was designed and the hammering method was adopted to complete the modal test of a high-speed pantograph. Then natural frequency, modal vibration and modal damping ratio of the pantograph can be measured. A pantograph FE model of same height with the tested pantograph was built and modat parameters were calculated by Ansys software. The accuracy of the FE model was checked through natural frequency and modal vibration acquired by test and calculation. Then an accurate FE model can be provided for strength calculation, fatigue calculation and size optimization.
