摘要
为研究循环圆形状因素对液力缓速器制动效能的影响,以自主研发液力缓速器样机定转子叶轮为研究参照,采用制动扭矩与扭矩容积比双重性能评价指标,使用经过试验验证的全流道式CFD数值计算方法,计算得出12组不同纵横轴尺寸循环圆形状与制动效能双重评价指标的关系数据,并给出部分循环圆形状点上的转速与双重评价指标值关系曲线。对计算结果进行函数拟合分析,得出循环圆形状因素与液力缓速器制动效能的影响关系,为液力缓速器定转子叶轮优化设计提供理论参考。
In order to study the influence of circular shape on braking performance of hydraulic retarder, using the impeller of stator and rotor of self-developed hydraulic retarder prototype as the reference, with dual performance evaluation index of braking torque and torque volume ratio as well as experimentally-verified full-flow CFD numerical calculation method, the relationship between circular shape and braking efficiency of 12 groups of different dimensions of vertical and horizontal axes is calculated and the relationship between rotational speed and double evaluation index is given. With function fitting analysis on the results, the relationship between circular shape factor and braking efficiency of the hydraulic retarder is obtained, which provides theoretical support for optimization design of the impeller of stator and rotor of hydraulic retarder.
