摘要
以前副车架为研究对象,通过ADAMS整车运动学仿真得出前轴轴荷是影响前轮轮心纵向力的主要因素。分析整理现有多款乘用车前副车架疲劳试验规范,建立前轴轴荷与前副车架疲劳试验纵向加载力间的数学模型,进而得出一套前副车架纵向力疲劳试验通用规范。最后根据有限元仿真对两种规范进行对比分析,结果表明新规范切实可行。
Based on the front subframe for study, the parameters of entire vehicle are analyzed by ADAMS. Results indicate that the front axle load is the main factor that influences longitudinal force amplitude at wheel center. By summarizing the existing fatigue test examples for front subframe, the relationship is established mathematically between front axle load and the force of test specification. According to the above analysis, the general fatigue test specification for front subframe is established. Through comparing two specifications by finite element simulation, it turns out that new specification is feasible.
