摘要
研发了使用胜利发电厂烟气CO_2捕集纯化工程产生的脱碳烟道气(组成为83%~92%的氮气、4%~6%的氧气、3%~10%的二氧化碳及其他成分气体)发泡的泡沫体系。通过实验设计了适合脱碳烟道气的泡沫体系,该体系组成为ZL-4:CAB=6:4,起泡体积195 mL,半衰期85 min;通过油藏条件下的物理模拟驱替实验表明:该体系能够在水驱后提高采收率32.7%,含水下降50%,大幅度提高了原油采收率,是一种极具潜力的驱油方法。
The decarburization flue gas was produced after CO2 capture and purification pro- cess in Shengli power plant, then it was used as foaming agent in the developed foam sys- tem. The gas consisted of 83 %-92 % nitrogen, 4 %-6 % oxygen, 3 %-10 % carbon dioxide and other component gases. The foam system suitable for decarbonization flue gas was designed which was composed of 60 %ZL-4 and 40 %CAB. The foaming volume was 195 mL and the half-life was 85 min. The physical simulation displacement experiment under the reservoir condition showed that the system could improve oil recovery by 32.7 % and decrease water-cut by 50 %. It was a kind of potential oil displacement method which could significantly improve the oil recovery.
