摘要
中心化验室建立了ASTM D5708标准检验方法的实验B方法,用石英烧杯灰化法处理样品并酸解样品,然后采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES),测定原油及重质油中钠、镁、钙、钒、铁、镍、铜、砷、铝、铅等10种金属元素含量。在对该方法进行方法确认时,化验室对其选择性、精密度、准确度、线性、检出限、回收率以及方法不确定度等进行了确认。实验表明:利用此方法进行原油及重质油品相关金属含量的分析,可以得到准确的分析结果,适用于炼厂原油及重质油品。
Central laboratory established the method of ASTM D5708 test method B, which is to use quartz beaker to ash the sample and decompose it, then use inductively coupled plas- ma (ICP) atomic emission spectrometry to test the Sodium,Magnesium,Calcium,Vanadium, Iron, Nickel, Copper, Arsenic, Aluminum, and Lead contents in crude oils and residual fuels. Lab conducted the method validation for its" selectivity, precision, accuracy, linearity, LOD, LOQ, recovery and uncertainty etc. This validation exercise shows that this method can give good results for the metal contents in crude oils and residual fuels and it can be used for the crude oils and residual fuels of the refinery.
