上海城市绿化综合效益试析

The Analysis for the Comprehensive Benefit of Shanghai Urban Open Spaces

城市绿化对改善城市的生态环境,提高市民生活质量,提高城市综合竞争力起到了积极作用,同时由其产生的联动效应促进了旧城改造、房地产业、旅游业以及相关产业的发展。本文结合上海近几年大规模开展绿化建设的实践,对此作了探索和分析。

Abstract:The urban open spaces are playing positive roles in improving the city' s ecological environment,rais-ing the life quality of the people inside and enhancing the city' s comprehensive competition.Meanwhile,the related industries,such as the transformation of the old city,real estate,tourism,are further developed by its joint effect.The author analyzes the recent years' practical experience of the large-scale open spaces construction in Shanghai.
