自2014年下半年以来,伴随着石油行业的持续低迷,压缩成本并减少投资已经成为低油价下国际石油公司采用的普遍策略。而以为上游产业开发提供技术服务为依托的油田服务公司在这种背景下,其经营环境更是雪上加霜。实施精细化管理,降本增效,成为油服行业生存下去的必然选择。而在这其中装备成本控制以及高效管理是重中之重。

Since the second half of 2014, with the continued downturn in the oil industry, reducing costs and reducing investment has become a common strategy adopted by international oil companies under low oil prices. Under such a background, the operating environment of oilfield service companies relying on the development of upstream industries to provide technical services is worse. The implementation of fine management, reducing costs and increasing efficiency has become an inevitable choice for survival of oil service industry,in which equipment cost control and efficient management is most important.
