对于一个建筑工程项目而言,建设工程在最后的竣工阶段,便需要进行工程结算,对各项数据进行切实的审核,审核工作是确定整个工程造价的最主要程序,也是十分必要的措施。而且,工程竣工结算,往往关系到建筑工程施工单位和施工企业的相关利益。为此,在这一阶段的审核工作,需要综合分析可能影响工程竣工的各种因素,进而较高质量地完成竣工结算。

For a construction project,in the final completion stage,it is necessary to carry out engineering settlement and audit each data. The audit work is the main process and necessary measure to determine the whole project cost.
