国内PVD技术应用与研究现状

Application and Research Status of PVD Technology in China

PVD技术在进行实施的过程当中,是通过对某种物理机制加以应用来在相关物体表面形成一层薄膜。比如通过对物质的热蒸发进行应用或者是在受到粒子轰击时,物质表面原子的现溅射现象。这能够有效地实现物质从原物质到薄膜间的可控化的转移。虽然,国内PVD技术的应用水平还无法达到需求,但是相关市场的普及和需求量已经远远超出了预计结果。在这种背景下,研究国内PVD技术的应用,并对其相关应用现状进行分析十分重要。

PVD is mainly based on the application of a physical mechanism to form a film on the surface of the relevant objects. Such as the use of thermal evaporation of substancesor and the sputtering phenomenon of material surface atoms at the time of particle bombardment. It can effectively realize the controllable transfer of matter from the original material to the film. Although the domestic PVD technology application level can not meet the demand, but the popularity of the relevant market and demand has far exceeded the expected results.Under this background,it is very important to study the application of PVD technology and analyze its application status in China.
