摘要
冷拌超薄沥青混合料是一种新型路面材料。为验证其可行性,选用两种乳化剂和3种常用超薄层级配来测试其路用性能。首先采用修正马歇尔方法进行了3种级配的配合比设计,得到了最佳沥青掺量。然后按照规范规定方法,测定了不同组合的高温稳定性、低温稳定性、水稳定性和表面抗滑性能。测试结果显示,只有A种乳化剂和SMA-10组合才能满足规范规定的各项指标,满足工程可行性。限制冷拌超薄沥青混合料功能的不是高温性能和表面抗滑性能,而是水稳定性能和低温性能,此领域尚待深入研究。
To verify the applicability of cold-mix ultra-thin asphalt mixture, a new kind of pavement material, two kinds of emulsifier and three kinds of commonly used ultra-thin gradation are chosen to testify their combinations' performance. Modified Marshall method is adopted firstly to do the mixture ratio design and the optimal asphalt contents are obtained. Then, the high temperature stability, low temperature stability, moisture stability and surface function performance of the combinations are tested according to the regulations. The results show that only the combination of emulsifier A and SMA-10 gradation could satisfy all the indexes by the regulations for engineering purpose. The moisture stability and low temperature stability, other than high temperature stability and surface function performance, limit the use of cold-mix ultra-thin asphalt mixture, which needs further study.
