摘要
目的:观察中医情志调畅护理对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛患者的影响。方法:选取2013年1月—2015年1月本院治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者76例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。所有患者均给予常规西医治疗,对照组行中医常规护理,包括饮食调节、用药指导、起居护理等,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中医情志调畅护理。结果:观察组干预后中医证候总分、SAQ评分、SAS评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医情志调畅护理可改善冠心病心绞痛患者中医证候,缓解患者心绞痛及焦虑情绪,对西医治疗有重要辅助作用。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM emotional regulating nursing on angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease. Methods： Seventy-six patients with angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital between January of 2013 and January of 2015 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 38 cases in each group. All the patients were given routine Western medicine treatment,then the ones in the control group were added TCM conventional nursing,including regulating diet,medication guidance,living nursing,etc.,while the ones in the observation group were added TCM emotional regulating nursing based on the treatment of the control group.Results： The observation group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05） in TCM syndrome score,SAQ score and SAS score.Conclusion： TCM emotional regulating nursing can improve the TCM syndrome of patients with angina pectoris,relieve their angina and anxiety,and has an important supporting role for Western medicine treatment.
