秦艽鳖甲散治疗I型自身免疫性肝炎23例

Twenty-Three Cases of Autoimmune Hepatitis Type I Treated with Qinjiao Biejia Powder

目的:观察秦艽鳖甲散加减治疗I型自身免疫性肝炎的临床疗效。方法:选择本院消化科门诊2011年11月—2014年9月I型自身免疫性肝炎中医证属肝肾阴虚者23例,均予秦艽鳖甲散为基础方加减治疗6个月,观察治疗前后临床症状、体征、肝功能、免疫球蛋白、自身抗体滴度改善情况以及服药期间有无不良反应。结果:23例患者中,临床基本治愈6例,显效9例,有效6例,无效2例,有效率为91.3%;所有患者抗体滴度均较治疗前下降,其中6例患者ANA转阴;治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应及并发症,治疗前后血常规、肾功能无明显改变;治疗后肝功能、IgG优于治疗前(P<0.01)。结论:秦艽鳖甲散治疗I型自身免疫性肝炎疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Qinjiao Biejia Powder（ QJBJP） on autoimmune hepatitis type I.Methods： Twenty-three patients with autoimmune hepatitis type I of syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency who were treated in our hospital＇s gastroenterology clinic between November of 2011 and September 2014 were chosen as the research subjects,and treated with MQJBJP for 6 months. Then clinical symptoms,signs,liver function,immune globulin,improvement of autoantibody titer,adverse reaction were observed. Results： Among 23 patients,6 cases were basically cured; 9 were markedly effective,6 were effective,2 were invalid,and the effective rate was 91. 3%. All patients＇ antibody titers were lower than those before the treatment,including 6 cases of patients with ANA negative. Serious adverse reactions and complications were not found during the treatment.Blood routine and renal function no obvious change before and after the treatment. After the treatment,liver function and Ig G were better than those before the treatment（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： QJBJP has a remarkable clinical curative effect on autoimmune hepatitis type I.
