鹿川活络胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

The Clinical Research into Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated with Kanokawa Huoluo Capsules

目的:观察鹿川活络胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年5月—2015年5月本院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合鹿川活络胶囊治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状与JOA评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组患者的临床症状和JOA评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组有效率为95.0%,对照组有效率为70.0%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为10.0%,对照组不良反应发生率为7.5%,两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:鹿川活络胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,能够有效改善患者症状与JOA评分。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Kanokawa Huoluo Capsules on lumbar disc herniation. Methods：Eighty patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in our hospital between May of 2012 and May of 2015 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the research group,with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine treatment,while the ones in the research group were added Kanokawa Huoluo Capsules based on the treatment of the control group. Then the two groups＇ clinical curative effects,clinical symptoms and JOA scores and adverse reactions were observed. Results： The clinical symptoms and JOA scores of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the research group was 95%,while that of the control group was 70%,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the research group was 10%,while that of the control group 7. 5%,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Kanokawa Huoluo Capsules has a remarkable clinical curative effect on lumbar disc herniation,can effectively improve the symptoms and JOA scores of patients.
