摘要
以某机车牵引传动系统为研究对象,建立了考虑轴变形、柔性箱体、电机和轮轨摩擦力矩等影响因素的较为完整的传动系统模型,对模型进行了静态、模态分析和动力学分析,仿真分析发现导致噪声和振动的原因是由传递误差偏大,轮齿偏载导致发生较大啮合冲击引起的。利用Monte Carlo法以降低传递误差为目标进行齿形优化,得出最佳修形方案,使得传递误差数值降低了73%,偏载现象大幅改善。
Taking a locomotive traction transmission system as research object, the relatively complete transmission system model is built considering shaft deformation, flexible body, motor and wheel rail friction factors. From the static, modal analysis and dynamics analysis of the model, finding the causes of noise and vi- bration are the transmission error and the partial load in gear meshing process, which lead to large meshing im- pact. Using the Monte Carlo method for tooth shape optimization to reduce the transmission error, the best plan is obtained, achieving the transmission error reduced by 73 % and the partial load phenomenon has improved greatly.
