摘要
以机车所用QT400-18L牌号低温球墨铸铁齿轮箱体为例,通过对材料元素含量的控制,使得石墨球化更加充分。同时对所取试样进行热处理,以保证力学性能更加稳定。铸造过程中对浇注工艺的改进减少了铸造缺陷,更能保证产品的表面质量。
Taking the QT400 - 18L low temperature ductile iron gear box used for locomotive as example, through the control of the element content of the material, the graphite spheroidization is more fully. At the same time, the samples are heat treated to ensure the stability of mechanical property. In the casting process, the casting process is improved to reduce the casting defects and to ensure the surface quality of the products.
