摘要
为提高HDZ-80型药品装盒机中凸轮机构运动的稳定性,降低噪声,对凸轮的运动规律进行了改进。采用B样条函数运动规律代替原有的正弦加速度运动规律。同时开发了基于B样条函数运动规律的药品装盒机凸轮参数化软件,解决了现有凸轮参数化软件不能添加多约束运动控制条件的问题,使药品装盒机凸轮参数化软件更具有实用价值和普遍适用性。经过实验验证,改进运动规律后的凸轮在实际作业中噪声明显降低,且药品装盒机的产品包装质量明显提高,为带有类似圆柱凸轮机构的设备改进提供了参考。
In order to enhance the movement stability of pharmaceutical cartoning machine and reduce noise, the motion law of cam is improved. The B - spline function motion law is used to replace the original sine acceleration motion law. At the same time, a pharmaceutical cartoning machine cam parameterized software is also developed based on the B - spline function motion law. The problem of the existing in cam parameterized software that can not add more constrained motion control condition is solved and the pharmaceutical cartoning machine cam parameterized software is more practical valuable and universal applicability. Through the experi- mental verification, after improving the motion law of cam, the noise is decreased obviously in the actual opera- tion. And the products packing quality of cartoning machine is improved obviously. It provides reference to im- prove this kind of similar cylindrical cam mechanism device.
