我国热处理技术发展的几个重点

Several development priorities of heat treatment technology in our country

针对我国热处理生产中存在的技术问题、质量现状及技术发展趋势,提出了重新认识热处理的重要性,指出今后我国热处理技术发展重点是:优先发展绿色清洁的热处理生产技术,加快发展高端热处理装备,开展关键材料及核心零部件热处理工艺的研发和认真实施标准化与质量提升战略,从而加快实现热处理"绿色化、精密化、智能化、标准化"的提升目标。

In view of existing problems,quality status and the technology development trends of domestic heat treatment production,the importance of re-awareness of heat treatment was emphasized. In order to achieve the goal of heat treatment with features of ＂green,precision,intelligence and standardization ＂,it was pointed out that current heat treatment industry technology upgrading in our country should be to give priority to the development of green heat treatment technology,to speed up the development of high-end heat treatment equipment,to develop new heat treatment processes for key materials and the core parts and components and to seriously implement standardization and quality upgrading strategy.
