纤维复配增强PP/EVA复合材料力学性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以碱处理的芦苇纤维(ML)、酸刻蚀并硅烷偶联剂处理的玄武岩纤维(SSiX)和酸刻蚀并硅烷偶联剂处理的碳纤维(SSiC)3种纤维作为增强体填充聚丙烯(PP)/乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)复合材料,研究了3种纤维两两复配对PP/EVA复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:与未添加纤维的PP/EVA复合材料相比,改性的SSiX与SSiC复配后的增强作用最佳,PP/EVA/SSiX/SSiC复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别提高了87.58%,136.69%,但冲击强度有所下降。 The alkali treated reed fiber (ML), the basalt fiber (SSiX) and carbon fiber (SSiC) modified by acid etch and silane coupling agent were used in the polypropylene (PP)/ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) composite as reinforcement fillers. The effect of the combination of two different modified fibers on the mechanical properties of PP/EVA composite was investigated. The results show that the enhancement effects of SSiX and SSiC on PP/EVA composite is best, compared with the PP/EVA composite without fiber. The tensile strength and flexural strength of PP/EVA/SSiX/SSiC composite increase by 87.58% and 136.69% respectively while the impact strength declines.
