国外涂覆级聚丙烯树脂性能分析

Analysis of Imported Polypropylene Resins of Coating Grade

摘要 通过傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)、核磁共振分析仪(NMR)分析了涂覆级聚丙烯树脂的结构组成及性能。结果表明:涂覆级聚丙烯树脂为无规共聚聚丙烯与低密度聚乙烯的共混物,物质的量之比约为90/10,灰分低于140μg/g,其第1个熔融峰温度为104~106℃,第2个熔融峰温度约138~144℃,重均相对分子质量为2×10~5,相对分子质量分布约5.0。 The structure and properties of polypropylene resins for coating grade were analyzed by various apparatus, such as FTIR, DSC, GPC, NMR etc. The results show that polypropylene resins for coating grade are the blend including atactic polypropylene and low density polyethylene. The molar ratio of PP and LDPE is 90/10. The ash content of polypropylene resins for coating grade is less than 140 μg/g. Polypropylene resins for coating grade have two melting peak temperature. One is about 104;106 ;C, and another one is about 138;144 ℃. The weight average molecular weight is about 2×10^5 and the relative molecular mass distribution is about 5.0.
