摘要
采用苯酚和聚乙二醇-400为液化剂、盐酸为催化剂组成的酚醇液化体系,对竹材、棉秆、麦秆和玉米秆等材料进行液化制备可发性树脂。通过对材料化学成分、树脂和热稳定性等进行测试,评判酚醇液化体系的适用性。结果表明:采用酚醇液化体系对4种生物质材料进行液化均可制备可发性树脂,树脂密度、pH值和固含量差别较小,树脂游离酚和游离醛质量分数分别低于1.50%和0.35%,但树脂的黏度受生物质材料的抽提影响较大。树脂羟甲基质量分数为(11±1)%,羟值(KOH)为(365±15)mg/g,具有较好的活性。树脂热稳定性能良好,残炭率达到48%左右。
Foaming resins from bamboo, cotton, wheat straw and corn stover were prepared under the liquefied system with phenol and poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG-400) as liquefied reagent,and hydrochloric acid as catalyzer. The suitability of phenol alcohol liquefaction system was evaluated by testing the chemical composition, resin and thermal stability of the materials. The results show that foaming resin can be achieved easily by phenol and poly(ethylene glycol) liquefied system. The difference of density, pH, solid content of resins is small, and the mass fraction of free phenol and free formaldehyde is respectively less than 1.50% and 0.35%. With the increasing of biomass material extract content, the viscosity of resin becomes higher. Hydroxyl methyl content and hydroxyl value is respectively (11±1)% and (365±15) mg/g,and the resin has good activity. The thermal stability of resin is excellent and the carbon residue rate reaches 48%.
