高流动低气味聚丙烯汽车内饰材料研究 被引量:17

摘要 选择不同基料、增韧剂、除味剂,研究其对聚丙烯(PP)复合材料流动性、挥发性有机化合物(VOC)等方面的影响,结果表明,同时采用BX3900(PP基体树脂)、聚烯烃弹性体engage8407(增韧剂)以及水母粒LDV1040(除味剂)作为配方体系,可以制备得到综合性能优良的PP复合材料,其熔体流动速率、VOC总量(TVOC)分别能达到46 g/10min,18μg/g。能够满足高流动低气味PP汽车薄壁内饰材料的要求。 The effects of different base materials, toughening agents and odorants on the flowability and volatile organic compounds(VOC) of polypropylene(PP) composites were studied. The results showed that PP composite with excellent comprehensive performance can be prepared when BX3900 (PP matrix resin), polyolefin elastomer engage8407 (toughening agent) and LDV1040 (deodorant) were used as the formulation system. The melt flow rate and VOC total amount of this composite material can reach 46 g/10min and 18 μg/g, respectively. This can meet the requirements of high flow and low odor for automotive thin-walled interior PP material.
