摘要
根据LED灯座的结构特点,采用哈夫块侧向抽芯和推板强制脱模机构设计了一副注塑模具。重点分析和研究了该模具的成型零件、浇注系统、侧向抽芯机构、定距分型机构、温度控制系统和脱模系统。
According to the structure characteristics of the LED socket, a pair of injection mould was designed by the half slider and forced release ejection mechanism. The molding parts, the gating system, the side core pulling mechanism, the fixed distance parting mechanism, the temperature control system and the ejection system were analyzed and studied.
