摘要
目的:评估应用微信交流群提高0~2岁儿童的母亲育儿知识知晓水平的效果。方法 :选择能独立使用微信群交流的100名0~2岁儿童的母亲作为研究对象,分成试验组50例和对照组50例。对照组实施常规儿童保健和知识宣教,试验组在对照组的基础上增加微信群的育儿知识普及和交流。干预1年后,比较试验组和对照组育儿知识的知晓分值。结果 :试验组和对照组干预后的育儿知识知晓分值都比干预前有明显提高(P<0.05)。试验组的分值提高优于对照组(20.08±2.31分比10.36±1.92分,P<0.05)。结论 :应用微信交流群可以进一步提高儿童母亲育儿知识的知晓水平。
Objective: To investigate the effect of WeChat group on raising the awareness level of parenting knowledge of 0-2 years old children's mothers. Methods: One hundred 0-2 years old children's mothers who could use independently WeChat group for communication were selected as the research objects and divided into an experimental group and a control group with 50 cases each. The control group received the routine child care and knowledge education, and the experimental group added WeChat group parenting knowledge and communication on the bases of the control group. After one year intervention, the scores in the parental knowledge awareness were compared between the experimental and control groups. Results: The scores of the parenting knowledge in the experimental group and the control group were markedly higher after the intervention than those before intervention(P〈0.05). The score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(20.08±2.31 to 10.36±1.92, P〈0.05). Conclusion: The application of WeChat group can improve the awareness level of parenting knowledge of children's mothers.
