摘要
建立绿色低碳发展模式驱动下的煤炭企业自主创新能力概念模型和测度模型,用云模型实现定性评价与定量分析之间的转换,以逆向云模型绘制5级测度标尺云图,按网络层次分析法分配指标权重,根据虚拟综合云模型精确测算出研究对象的能力等级。最后应用该模型对两个企业进行模拟,并解析该企业自主创新能力等级形成的深层次原因。
Independent innovation is the path selection for coal enterprises to carry out the low - carbon development strate- gy of traditional industry, so it is of great theoretical and practical value to measure the independent innovation capability of coal enterprises under green and low - carbon development mode. This paper established the conceptual model and meas- urement model of independent innovation capability driven by green and low - carbon development for coal enterprises. The cloud model was used to achieve the conversion between qualitative assessment and quantitative analysis. The reverse cloud model was applied to draw the five - level scaling cloud map. The weights of indexes were assigned by analytic network process. The closeness degree between the capability cloud and the scale cloud was calculated by the virtual synthetic cloud model, so as to accurately acquire the ability of the object. Finally, this measurement model was applied to simulate the two enterprises, and analyze the deep - seated reasons forming the independent innovation abilities for the enterprises.
