摘要
基于理论推演法,选取用以评判食品安全监管质量的相关指标,进而构建评判体系。结合上述评判体系,利用网络层次分析法构建食品安全监管评价模型,通过德尔菲专家调查法和Super Decision软件确定各指标的对应权重,为提升食品安全治理能力和保障水平提供一定的理论基础。
First of all, based on theoretical deduction method, the relevant indicators are selected to judge the quality of the food safety supervision and build the evaluation system. Combined with the evaluation system, we can use Analytic Net- work Process to consttuct the evaluation model of food safety regulation. And the corresponding weight of each index is calculated by Delphi expert investigation method and the Super Decision software, from which we can provide a theoretical basis to enhance food safety canacitv and level of protection.
