摘要 针对现有液压支架工作压力数据采集工作量大、实时性差及监测仪器结构复杂等问题,设计了一套基于嵌入式系统及CAN现场总线的支架压力监测平台。该平台以STM32F107VCT6微处理器为硬件核心,以μC/OS-II为嵌入式操作系统,通过CAN总线模块和以太网模块,可实时高速地接收工作面液压支架的压力数据并传输至地面监测中心,具有精度高、结构紧凑、成本低等优点。实验调试结果表明,压力监测平台达到设计要求,现场应用可行性强。 Aiming at the problems in pressure monitoring of hydraulic support,such as collection of huge data,poor realtime capability and complex structure of monitoring equipment,a set of monitoring platform based on embedded system and CAN bus is developed.With structure of microprocessor STM32,CAN bus module and Ethernet module,and with μC/OS-II operating system implanted,the platform can receive and the real-time pressure data quickly from hydraulic support and send it to monitoring center,which has high accuracy,compact structure and low cost.According to test result,the platform meets the design requirement,can be applied in coal mine.
