摘要
为提高煤矿井下双向驾驶车辆的行驶可靠性,通过计算得出了某型煤矿井下双向驾驶车辆需要的行车制动力矩和驻车制动力矩。针对现有技术煤矿井下车辆在紧急制动状态下有可能进一步造成制动失灵的现象,提出了采用多功能湿式制动器的解决措施;详细分析了多功能湿式制动器的结构和原理,并阐述了双向驾驶车辆制动系统的工作原理和结构特点。实践表明,该液压制动系统的设计是合理可行的。
In order to enhance the driving reliability of bidirectional driving vehicle in coal mine,the paper calculated the driving brake torque and parking brake torque.In view of the brake failure of traditional vehicles in coal mine under the emergency braking state,the solution of multi-function wet-type brake was put forward.The structure and principle were analyzed in detail,and the working principle and structural characteristics of the bidirectional driving vehicle braking system were expounded.Practice showed that the design of the hydraulic braking system was reasonable and feasible.
