摘要
研究了采用石灰-混凝剂法从冶炼制酸废水中脱氟,考察了铝铁盐、铝盐、铁盐混凝剂对脱氟的影响。结果表明:聚合硫酸铁的絮凝能力最强,混凝剂用量、反应时间、废水pH和搅拌速度对脱氟效果影响较小,处理后的废水颜色偏黄;聚合硫酸铝水解能力较弱,各因素对脱氟效果影响较大,处理后的溶液清亮;聚合硫酸铝铁的絮凝能力强于聚合硫酸铝而弱于聚合硫酸铁。共聚型混凝剂聚合硫酸铝铁可较好地应用于从冶炼制酸废水中脱氟。
Removal of fluorine from smelting acidic wastewater using lime-flocculant of was researched.The differences of defluorination ability of aluminum ferric salt,aluminum salt and ferric salt were examined.The results show that the flocculation ability of PFS is stronger,and the reagent dosage,reaction time,pH and stir speed on defluorination have smaller influence,and the treated solution is slightly yellow.The hydrolysis ability of PAS is weaker,the solution is clear and the influences of various factors are greater.The flocculation ability of PAFS is stronger than PAS and weaker than PFS.The copolymerization flocculating agent PAFS can be used by two stages process to remove fluorine from smelting acidic wastewater.
