摘要
研究了用HW-2000型高频红外碳硫分析仪测定铀矿石中的硫,考察了适宜进样量、助熔剂用量及样品、助熔剂置入坩埚顺序,以及样品中水分对测定结果的影响,探讨了样品中不同形态的硫转化为二氧化硫的机制。结果表明:本法对硫的检出限为2.4×10^(-7);硫质量分数为2.08×10^(-4)~9.36×10^(-3)的5个标样,检测值与标准值之间的相对误差不劣于1.92%,相对标准偏差为1.41%~3.14%;14个样品测定结果与外检结果之间的相对偏差为0.51%~2.08%。本法试剂用量少,检测速度快,检出限低,结果准确可靠,可满足地质矿产分析生产要求。
By HW-2000 type high frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer,determination of sulfur in uranium ore was studied.The effects of the appropriate amount of sample and fluxing agent,and the sequence of sample and fluxing agent into crucible,and the moisture on determination were examined.The mechanism of sulfur in samples conversing to sulfur dioxide was discussed.The result indicate that the method'detection limit for sulfur is 2.4×10^-7,For 5 samples with sulfur mass fraction of 2.08×10^-4 to 9.36×10^-3,the relative error between the measured value and standard value is less than 1.92%,the relative standard deviation is 1.41%-3.14%,the relative deviation for the 14 samples between the method and other method is 0.51%-2.08%.By the method,reagent consumption is less,detection speed is fast,detection limit is low,detection result is accurate and reliable which can meet the requirements of geological and mineral analysis.
