搜风消暗瘀方治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床研究 被引量:9

Clinical Observation and Mechanism Study on the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma in Children by Soufeng Xiaoanyu Prescription

摘要 目的:观察搜风消暗瘀方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(cough variant asthma,CVA)临床疗效及其对TH2细胞向TH1细胞漂移的影响。方法:60例小儿CVA随机分为对照组和观察组。观察组给予搜风消暗瘀方;对照组给予孟鲁司特钠片。两组疗程均为4周。比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候疗效、愈显率及干预TH2细胞向TH1细胞漂移效果。结果:观察组临床疗效、中医证候疗效及愈显率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组均可上调TH2细胞(白细胞介素-10)、下调TH1细胞(干扰素-γ),两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:搜风消暗瘀方组治疗小儿CVA临床疗效显著,且明显优于对照组;搜风消暗瘀方可有效干预TH2细胞向TH1细胞漂移,可能为本方治疗CVA的重要机制。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Soufeng Xiaoanyu Prescription treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA)and its effect on TH2 cells to TH1 cells shift.Methods:60 cases of children with CVA were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The observation group was given Soufeng Xiaoanyu Prescription,and the control group was given Montelukast Sodium Tablets.The course of treatment of both groups was 4 weeks.Compared comprehensive efficacy,the efficacy of TCM syndrome,recovery and obvious effective rates,and effect on TH2 cells to TH1 cells shift of two groups of disease.Results:Comprehensive effect,TCM syndrome,recovery and obvious effective rates of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group;The two groups can be up-regulated in TH2cells(interleukin-10),down-regulation of TH1cells(interferon-γ),and the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Soufeng Xiaoanyu Prescription treatment of children with CVA is significant,and better than the control group;Soufeng Xiaoanyu Prescription can effectively interfere with the TH2 cells to TH1 cells shift,which may be an important mechanism for the treatment of CVA.
