益肾导邪解毒汤联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病临床研究

Clinical Study on Yishen Daoxie Jiedu Tang Combined with Alprostadil Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:观察益肾导邪解毒汤联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:102例糖尿病肾病患者按照抽签方式分为对照组和观察组,均51例。予对照给组前列地尔治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予益肾导邪解毒汤。比较两组治疗前后血肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)、24小时尿蛋白定量(24-hour urinary protein quantity,24 h UPRO)、胱抑素C、血液流变学(血浆黏度、全血黏度)、血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、血清超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity c-reactive protein,hs-CRP)的变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗前,观察组的Scr、24 h UPRO、胱抑素C、血浆黏度、全血黏度、BUN、TNF-α、hs-CRP与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗,对照组和观察组的Scr、24 h UPRO、胱抑素C、血浆黏度、全血黏度、BUN、TNF-α、hs-CRP均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的Scr、24 h UPRO、胱抑素C、血浆黏度、全血黏度、BUN、TNF-α、hs-CRP均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾导邪解毒汤联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效显著。

Objective：To investigate Yishen Daoxie Jiedu Tang combined with alprostadil treatment of diabetic nephropathy（DN）.Methods：102 cases of DN patients by drawing lots were divided into the control group of 51 cases and the observation group of 51 cases.The control group was given alprostadil,and the observation group was treated with Yishen Daoxie Jiedu Tang on the basis of the control group.Compared serum creatinine（Scr）,24-hour urinary protein quantity（24 hU PRO）,Cystatin C,blood rheology（plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） changes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results：Before treatment,there was statistical difference in Scr,24 hU PRO,CysC,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,BUN,TNF-α,hs-CRP between the two groups（P 0.05）;Through treatment,Scr,24 hU PRO,CysC,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,BUN,TNF-α,hs-CRP of the two groups significantly decreased（P 0.05）.After treatment,Scr,24 hU PRO,CysC,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,BUN,TNF-α,hs-CRP of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P 0.05）.The clinical efficacy of observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Yishen Daoxie Jiedu Tang combined with alprostadil treatment of DN patients has significant curative effect.
