肺气虚证本质研究的回顾与分析

Review and Analysis of the Essence of the Syndrome of Lung-Qi Deficiency

肺气虚证本质研究主要存在以下几方面的问题:(1)研究思路:将西医的研究方法全部"拿来主义"用于中医证候研究,忽略了中西医历史渊源和哲学观的不同。(2)研究方法:单纯运用直观、线性的还原分析方法探讨中医证候,导致构建肺气虚证理论的方法论与研究肺气虚证理论的方法论相背离。(3)证候特点:忽视证候综合性、动态性的特点,以及证与证之间的动态联系,给肺气虚证本质的研究带来了困难。(4)证候的规范化:各证候的证名及诊断规范等没有统一标准,权威性成果之间证候分类、命名不统一,给使用者带来许多困惑。因此,建立一种全新的理论模式和科研思路至关重要。基于中医"气一元论"和"生物电磁辐射是生命运动本质现象"的理论,通过比较气与机体电磁辐射的特征,笔者认为,机体电磁辐射可表征中医之气,中医证的本质是机体电磁辐射形成的量子叠加状态。

There are mainly the following aspects of the problem of lung Qi deficiency syndrome essence study：（1）Research ideas：all research methods of Western medicine take-in for TCM syndrome research,ignoring the different historical origins and philosophical view of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.（2）Methods：simple use of intuitive,linear reduction analysis of TCM syndrome,leading to methodology methods of constructing lung Qi deficiency theory and research of lung Qi deficiency theory deviates.（3）Syndrome characteristics：ignoring the syndrome characteristics of complex,dynamic,as well as the dynamic relationship between TCM type of syndromes,so it is difficult to study the essence of lung Qi deficiency syndrome.（4）The standardization of syndrome：there is no uniform standard for the syndrome name and diagnostic standard of each syndrome.The classification of syndrome between authoritative results is not unified,which brings many puzzles to users.Therefore,it is very important to establish a new theoretical model and research ideas.Based on the theory of Chinese medicine ＂ Qi-monism Theory＂ and ＂ bio electromagnetic radiation as the movement of life essence＂,by comparing the characteristics between Qi and body electromagnetic radiation,and the author thinks that the electromagnetic radiation of body can represent the Qi of TCM,and the essence of TCM syndrome is the quantum superposition of electromagnetic radiation.
