针灸康复疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Acupuncture and Rehabilitation Therapy

目的:探讨针灸康复疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将120例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成3组,分别为康复组、针灸组和针灸康复组。康复组给予基础的康复治疗,针灸组进行针灸治疗干预,针灸康复组联合运用中医针灸和康复疗法治疗,连续治疗1周,对3组患者治疗前期、治疗中期及治疗结束时日本骨科协会下腰痛(Japanese orthopaedic association scores,JOA)评分、Mc Gill疼痛评分、炎性因子含量及腰屈曲范围(range of lumbar flexion,LFR)的结果进行差异性分析。结果:3组患者治疗后在JOA评分、Mc Gill疼痛评分、炎性因子含量及LFR等方面均有显著改善(P<0.05),针灸组优于康复组,且针灸康复组的改善程度最好(P<0.05)。结论:针灸康复联合疗法具有减轻腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛,改善患者运动功能,提高患者生活质量的作用。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods：120 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into three groups：rehabilitation group,acupuncture group and acupuncture rehabilitation group.The rehabilitation group was given basic rehabilitation therapy,acupuncture group was given acupuncture and moxibustion,acupuncture and rehabilitation group was treated with acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy,continuously for 1 week.Analysis on the difference of Japanese orthopaedic association scores（JOA）,Mc Gill pain score,inflammatory factors and the range of lumbar flexion（LFR） results of the three groups of patients in the early stage,middle and end of treatment.Results：After treatment,JOA score,Mc Gill pain score,inflammatory factor levels and LFR and other aspects of the three groups of patients were significantly improved（P 0.05）,acupuncture group was better than the rehabilitation group,and the improvement of acupuncture rehabilitation group was the best（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy can relieve the pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation,improve the motor function of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.
