中医辨证辅治创伤性骨髓炎临床效果及对复发率的影响观察

TCM treatment of traumatic osteomyelitis adjuvant effect and its effect on relapse rate

目的分析中医辨证辅治创伤性骨髓炎的效果及对复发率的影响。方法随机将100例创伤性骨髓炎患者分成2组各50例,对照组患者选择抗生素抗感染、病灶清创治疗,术后给予封闭式负压引流灌洗;试验组患者则在对照组的基础上辅助应用中医辨证治疗。结果在临床治疗总有效率以及复发率方面,试验组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证辅治创伤性骨髓炎具有比较显著的临床效果,可使术后复发率有效降低,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the TCM adjuvant treatment of traumatic osteomyelitis of the effect and impact on relapse rates. Methods 100 patients with traumatic osteomyelit^s patients were divided into two groups,experimental group and control group were 50 cases ：the control group patients choose antibiotic anti-infective lesions debridement, after giving closed suction drainage lavage： experimental group of patients in the control group under the premise of using TCM adjuvant therapy.Results The use of antibiotics in time of suction drainage time and the healing time aspect, the experimental group were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）：the total effective rate in the clinical treatment and relapse rate in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion When patients with posttraumatic osteomyelitis treatment,adjuvant treatment of TCM has a relatively significant clinical effect, allow to reduce the recurrence rate, with clinical value.
