民族地区高校非核心科技期刊作者调查研究——以内蒙古工业大学学报(自然科学版)为例

On the Importance Of The Investigation Of The Non Core Scientific Journals in Universities——“Journal of Inner Mongolia University of Technology(Natural Science Edition)”as an Example

为查找办刊中稿源不足的问题,全面了解稿源流失的原因,对期刊作者群进行准确定位,进一步提高办刊质量,内蒙古工业大学学报(自然科学版)编辑部对主要作者群进行了问卷调查。调查结果表明期刊目前主要存在的问题是:宣传不足,通道不畅,稿件审阅、出版周期较长,论文质量和学术水平有待提升。应加强学报信息化建设;依托互联网加强主动宣传力度;扩充优秀稿源渠道,提升办刊质量。

To find out the problems in the source of problems, understanding the reason source of loss, accurate positioning of the journal author group, to further improve the quality of Journal of Inner Mongolia University of Technology （NATURAL SCIENCE EDITION） editorial department to con- duct a survey of the main authors. The results show that the main problems are：lack of publicity,poor access,manuscript review, publishing cycle is long, the paper quality and academic level to be improved. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of journal information, strengthen the initiative propaganda on the basis of the Internet, expand the source channel of excellent manuscripts, and improve the quality of journals.
