基于担孢子形成过程四分体随机分离规律揭示草菇的有性生活史 被引量:6

Sexual life cycle of Volvariella volvacea revealed by investigation of the random migration of tetrad

摘要 本研究观察了草菇担子上着生担孢子的类型、担孢子细胞核数量,扩增了单孢菌株交配型A因子特异序列,基于减数分裂后四分体随机分离进入担孢子的遗传规律,分析了异核担孢子和同核(或单核)担孢子的比例。研究结果表明,草菇担孢子中异核担孢子的比例平均为7.14%,同核或单核担孢子的比例平均为92.86%。单核或同核的担孢子萌发后需要质配形成异核体才能完成有性生殖,交配方式类似异宗配合;异核担孢子萌发直接形成异核菌丝,其有性生殖类似同宗配合。 Type of basidium, nuclear number in basidiospore and specific sequence distribution of A mating type factor in single spore isolates of Volvariella volvacea were studied. Based on the random migration of tetrad and meiotic products, the ratio of heterokaryotic and homokaryotic(or monokaryotic) basidiospores was analyzed. As a result, homokaryotic(or monokaryotic) basidiospores were obtained with average percentage of 92.86%, while heterokaryotic basidiospores 7.14%. Before sexual reproduction, homokaryotic(or monokaryotic) basidiospores need undergoing plasmogamy to form heterokaryon, exactly as in the case of heterothallic fungus. The heterokaryon germinated directly into heterokaryotic hyphae, bearing a resemblance to homothallic fungus.
